
Dave Bodo – DSM of the Month – February
Congratulations to Dave Bodo for being recognized as DSM of the Month for February! Dave’s dedication and strategic efforts have led to significant growth with Aldershot, increasing their spend from $29K last year to $121K in 2025, driven by the newly designed FRS06000. Looking ahead, Aldershot plans to transition all Hellebores production into the FRS06000 by 2026, representing 480K pieces and tremendous future potential. Additionally, Dave has identified key opportunities to convert Aldershot’s competitor plastics—including Van Krimpen, Poppelmann, and Clifton—into new business for the 2026 season, an estimated $375K USD in pipeline revenue. His proactive approach and commitment to growth make him a well-deserving recipient of this recognition. Great work, Dave!

Ryan Chitwood – DSM of the Month – January
Congratulations to Ryan Chitwood, our DSM of the Month for January! Ryan’s dedication and hard work have led to outstanding results, exceeding his YTD (June–December) sales budget with $4.07M in sales, surpassing the $4.06M target, and achieving an impressive 19% growth over the prior year. His commitment to teamwork has been evident as he stepped up to help cover an open territory, ensuring seamless support for our customers. Ryan also secured key wins, including branded thermo placements at Greenleaf’s NC and TX locations and truckload orders for nursery and greenhouse products at Riverbend Nurseries (TN) and J&B Herb (NC), both new customers. His outstanding efforts continue to drive success. Great job Ryan!

Mariesa Tuner – Sebring, FL
Mariesa has been with the HCxCHG for a little over four years. She is working on her A-operator and she is the person who trains new hires. Mariesa comes in early and stays late to help us meet our goals. She is a valuable member of our team, and we appreciate everything that she does to make HCxCHG a great company.

Janet Carey – Twinsburg, OH
Janet has been supporting the protective package market for several years now. In April, the sales rep was transitioned to support key greenhouse accounts and Janet stepped up to manage the accounts.
Janet has a strong relationship with the Burlington plant which has allowed her to not only serve the existing customers but add several new accounts into the mix. Janet works with the customers on everything from pricing to delivery.
She has received many accolades from her customers. Janet, we appreciate all you do!

Robert Plant – Burlington, CAN
We are proud to recognize Robert Plant as our Employee of the Quarter!
Robert joined HCxCHG as part of our production team in December 2021 and has been a dedicated and hardworking member of our team ever since. His excellent attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic make him a valued part of our workplace.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys his role as a father and treasures spending time with his son. Whether it’s playing together or watching their favorite TV shows, he makes the most of every moment.

Shelby Musquire – Warren, OH
Shelby Musguire started her career with HCxCHG in 2021 as a Utility Operator in Labeling. In July of 2024, she was promoted to Warehouse Worker. Shelby has demonstrated a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills to further her career. She has shown she is a reliable and knowledgeable member of the team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pet cat, Jaxson.

Justin Templeton – Elyria, OH
Since Justin joined HCxCHG in August, he has hit the ground running. He picked up our processes and procedures quickly and his work ethic and work output rivals and, in some instances, surpasses some of our most veteran employees.
Prior to joining the HCxCHG Elyria DC, Justin worked at the Tyson Foods, Inc. in Amherst, Ohio.
In his free time, Justin enjoys golfing, hunting, and gaming.

Adam Valencia – Sparks, NV
Adam has been with HCxCHG for over 2 ½ years, originally hired as a Process Technician in our Injection Molding department and most recently joined the Mold Tooling department where he has proven to be a valuable addition to the team with not only his knowledge, but also his positive can-do attitude. He has proven to always be willing to help and give support to the Injection Molding department when needed without any hesitation.
When not at work, Adam enjoys hanging out with his kids, playing basketball and skateboarding.

Austin Bissell – Middlefield, OH
Austin joined HCxCHG in 2013. He spent several years in the thermoform department before moving to vacuum to become an extruder operator in 2020. Austin is now a level 3 extruder operator and works hard to help the department succeed. Recently Austin adjusted his work schedule to train a new extruder operator on second shift, another selfless example he’s done to make HCxCHG a stronger company. Austin enjoys the dangerous hobby of fire performing at festivals, he also enjoys music concerts, skateboarding, hiking and just about any outdoor activity. Congratulations on this recognition and thank you for all you do for our company.

Daniel Mitchell – Sparks, NV
Daniel has been with HCxCHG since 2015, and currently works as our Mold Tooling Department Lead. Daniel is married and has two 15 year old sons. In his free time, Daniel enjoys roller skating and RC hobbies (RC cars and airplanes) with his kids. He also enjoys working on cars and doing painting projects!

Dave Kuhn – Warren, OH
Dave has been with HCxCHG for 14 years in November. In his time here, he has proven to be a great asset to our warehouse team, always reliable and always willing to do what needs to be done. With his knowledge and cooperation, Dave is one of our leading trainers. Dave enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs.

Chris Stagg – Burlington, CAN
Chris first joined us from an agency in 2015. His hard work and dedication led us to offer him a full time position in our mixing department. When the QC/Purchasing position became vacant, Chris was the first to apply. His previous experience in sales made him a natural fit to communicate with our suppliers and vendors. His passion to make us successful is seen in his work. Thank you for your dedication.

Darnell Tidmore – Elyria, OH
Before joining HCxCHG, Darnell worked at Auto Port at the Ford plant in Avon, Ohio. His experience there helped prepare him for the fast-paced, hands-on work at HCxCHG . Darnell appreciates the people he works with and the laid-back environment.
When asked how things have changed since he started in 2016, Darnell noted that the facility has become more organized. There’s no longer product cluttering the aisles, making the workspace safer and more efficient.
In his spare time, Darnell enjoys staying active by playing sports, exercising, and practicing Jiu-Jitsu. Above all, he loves spending quality time with his kids and family, which he considers a top priority. Darnell’s proudest accomplishment is the birth and raising of his children. He takes pride in being there for them and watching them grow. If given the chance to do anything in the world, Darnell would love to travel and explore different parts of the world.

Bill Brown – Middlefield, OH
Bill Brown has been with HCxCHG for almost 24 years. During this time, he has held various positions and brings valuable experience working night shift in the Tool Room as a Mold Tech. Bill has been helping out the injection production team by starting up presses on Sunday night to ready them for production runs on Monday morning. Most nights Bill spends 8 hours laser welding tooling and molds. He has supported the enormous task of laser welding the recycle logos on all of our molds as we update them. In a little over 2 years, he has put over 2 million pulses on the laser welder. This is very meticulous work which takes a lot of patience and concentration. Bill is an integral part of our team and his work has been nothing short of exceptional. In his spare time, he enjoys building hot rods.

Shaina Gonzalez – Shelton, CT
Shaina has been with HCxCHG for just over nine years, and currently oversees the company’s two distribution centers. On a typical day, Shaina can be seen buzzing around the warehouse directing a flurry of activity. She is an exceptional and intelligent manager, who often goes above and beyond to deliver results. Over this past quarter, Shaina and her team were busy opening a new facility to accommodate the company’s growth. At the same time, Shania oversaw the receipt of three times the number of inbound containers as last year, and successfully filled 150% more orders in that same period. In this same quarter, Shaina also rolled out a new warehouse safety program, helped her staff to transition into Paycom, and reconfigured space to improve warehouse efficiency. When she is not super busy at work, Shaina likes to read and spend quality time with her family. She especially enjoys performing arts & crafts activities with her two young girls.
