Trisha Reeder – Customer Service Manager

We are pleased to announce that Trisha Reeder has been promoted to Customer Service Manager. In this role, she will be responsible for leading the HCxCHG customer service team.

Trisha joined HCxCHG in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative. Since 2020, she has served as Team Lead-Customer Service with a strong focus on our Retail side of the business and as the lead trainer for the Customer Service Team.

Outside of work, Trisha enjoys camping and spending time with her family.

Ali Lion – Account Manager

I am pleased to announce that Alexandra “Ali” Leon has been promoted from Sales Administrator to Account Manager.

In this role, she will partner with Diane Alena to cover the northern territory of growers, including Central Region, Northern Plains, Midwest Region, and Ohio Valley. Ali will manage key customer relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure seamless communication between our team and our grower partners.

Ali joined Classic Home and Garden in April 2024 and has been an integral part of our sales team. As a Sales Administrator, she played a key role in supporting customer accounts, managing program launches, and ensuring smooth coordination between our internal teams. Her strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to exceptional customer service have made her a valuable asset to our team. She will be instrumental in assisting with the onboarding and training of our new Sales Administrator, ensuring a smooth transition.

Before joining Classic Home and Garden, Ali gained extensive experience in client services and operations, holding roles at Wheels Up, Bridgewater Associates, and various hospitality organizations. Her background in customer service, administrative coordination, and operational support has provided her with the skills necessary to thrive in this new role.

Outside of work, Ali enjoys spending time with her family and is passionate about traveling.

Grace Hungerford – Sustainability Analyst

I am pleased to welcome Grace Hungerford to the HC CHG Team as our new Sustainability Analyst.  In this role she will report to me as she supports the company in meeting our sustainability compliance requirements with necessary data collection, analysis and report building.  And she also will assist our customers in meeting their sustainability compliance needs.  

Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in Sustainability from the University of Dayton.  She was a member of the first class of students to graduate from that program and was a leader in several campus sustainability clubs and activities.  She comes to us from JoAnn Fabrics where she held a similar role helping maintain their compliance with the forthcoming sustainable packaging regulations.

Alecia Crew, Senior Marketing Manager

I am pleased to announce that Alecia Crew has been promoted to Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, Alecia will continue to report directly to me and assume leadership of the Marketing Team including Sarah Siefert – Digital Marketing Manager, Anastasia Pasacreta – Graphic Designer and Isabelle Savich – Marketing Coordinator.

Alecia holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University. She joined the HC Team in 2016 as a Load Planner/Customer Service Representative and continued to grow her career with the company, most recently serving as the Marketing Manager.

Alecia recently welcomed a baby boy into the family and has been enjoying spending her weekends watching him learn and grow.

Steven Stuppielo – District Sales Manager

Steven Stuppiello has joined the team as District Sales Manager. He will report directly to John Duartes on the Southeast team. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from East Carolina University. He has four years of sales experience in industries including power tools and online marketing solutions, working most recently as an account executive at Inbox Insight. A licensed pilot, Steven enjoys flying across Florida and has exciting personal news—he’s getting married this December!

Phil Biedenbach – District Sales Manager

Phil Biedenbach has joined the team as District Sales Manager. He will report directly to Chris Soltis and be responsible for the territory including Indiana, Ohio, western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts from Walsh University and has over twelve years of sales experience in a variety of industries including Tools & equipment, material handling solutions, and personal hygiene & sanitation products. He resides in Louisville, OH with his wife Katie and their three children – Philip (7), Daisy (5) and Maggie (2). He’s also an avid football fan supporting The Ohio State University and the New England Patriots.

Bryan Hill – VP of Sales & Key Accounts

Bryan Hill has been promoted to Vice President of Sales & Key Accounts. In this role, he will report directly to me and continue to lead the Key Accounts team while expanding his responsibilities to include all the Grower Sales Team. Bryan joined Myer Lawn & Garden in 2013 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within HC Companies, most recently leading the Key Accounts team. He has been a key leader in our ongoing commercial transformation.
